KatheD is starting to think there may be time to accomplish something
I was so busy making cards I forgot to take pictures of them!
How I did it: My best move was to attend Stampin' Up! workshops to jump-start my creativity, learn from others, and increase my enthusiasm. I also picked up a lot from the internet from stamp company sites, from stamper forums, and from blogs.
Lessons & tips: Keep at it - if you don't like your first attempts, think about how they can be improved. Look at other people's creations and think about what makes them pleasing to your eye. Don't look for perfection unless you're shopping in a card store - hand made has its own charm.
Resources: Stampin' Up! has the best quality inks and makes coordinating colors and patterns so much quicker!

I’m making a set of six cards to donate to the Relay for Life silent auction at work. All that remains is some cutting and pasting, now.
