They make them in every shape, size, style, etc…
I gave up shopping in the trendier boutiques and went right to a Levi’s store. The first pair I tried fit me perfectly. Not too long, not too tight, a litle bit of a flared boot cut like I like.
I bought 2 pairs, and now wish I’d bought more, but at least now I remember, when all else fails, go back to basic Levi’s cuz I can always find a cut, color, and style that suits me.
Oh, and they were only 40 bucks!

sorry 43thingers no actual photo of me.
but here are the jeans. I gotta wear them a lot, As the skinny jean (my favorite anyway) is coming in in a big way. I hope they keep the low rise waist though as it makes my behind look better…

Very Exciting.
Lands End will CUSTOM sew a pair of jeans (or chinos) for you based on ALL your measurements, inseam, waist, hips, thighs. and also based on different characteristics of your body (flat butt, or bouncy butt, no problem!)
They cost about 54 USD, but I think I’m going to try it. Best thing is that if I don’t like them, I can still return them with Lands End return gaurentee.
Wonders if these will be the “right ones”

My old faithfuls which are actually a bit too big…are now falling apart. I noted today as I put them on after the gym that the waist is tearing away from the pants.
time for the scary shopping for jeans. Right now they seem to be wither supa flared or very low on the hips…
what to do.
