I can’t say that I really “want” to go to Grad School. What I can say is that I want to be in management and eventually own my own business. This is why I refer to Grad School as a necessary evil.
In fact, if I am able to start my own business or get into management without going, then I probably won’t. Not a classroom type person. I’d rather learn on the job.

mulysamaybe wonders if she is human or dancer...or what that even means.
I started looking at different masters program’s that are close to home, and I’m pretty interested in the Sustainable Business option. Probably won’t go to grad school immediately, especially since I haven’t done any applying or taken the GMAT yet. However, I’m going to get ready for the first step and start preparing for the GMAT…slowly. I put a GMAT prep book on hold at the library, so I’ll browse through that as I have time. I figure it’ll be easier to learn for testing, rather than cramming it in last minute. Seeing as I might be working when I decide to test, I want to avoid having too many things on my plate at once.

I’m still completing my BA, but i’m super sure that I want to go to Grad School. I love the subject that i’m studying and want to learn so much more about it. I would love to go to grad school one day! I would actually love to go RIGHT NOW!

I’ve been accepted to all the schools I applied to. Now I just need to choose one and figure out how to pay for it.

I received my letter of acceptance to St. Mary’s College of California just the other day. I have been so impressed with this program as they have gone out of their way to help me through the application process—being at such a distance this has proven to be quite complicated.
I would really like to take them up on this offer but it’s so darn expensive and I’m not sure if I can justify spending that much on tuition when other programs that I have been accepted to are much less.
I guess that I will wait to make a decision until I have all my options laid out in front of me. Perhaps I can find some other sources of funding (ie. Scholarships and grants).
Arrrggghhh…this is so frustrating! How can I come so close to fulfilling my dream and then find that I might not be able to afford it?

I received a letter of “unconditional acceptance” from the University of Montevallo today. The first of what I hope is more to come…

I work at Brown University, so I get to take three classes a year for free. Will I have time, though?
