stop saying i don't know

i think this is a stupid goal and i dont want it anymore in my list. i think i did it thinking in to say other thing when im almost saying it… i mean its worthy but is so stupid because it only happens to me when im with my bf. why all the things have to be because of him…

when i began with my bf i got a bad habit to say always “i dont know” when he ask me something. i think it was because he was the first person who aks me about eveything, and such stupid things lol…then he began to always make fool of my self becuase of that…and i feel bad becuase i feel like i really dont know things like a dumb and that i dont know how to explain myself…but now when im almost to say it i stop and think to say other thing..but sometimes i still say it like when we are fighting so i will let it here
a couples weeks more….

my ultimate stock phrase. i say it almost as often as i say “like”. i use it to either 1.devalue something i’ve just said when i’m not sure how it’s being received, even though i ‘do know’, or 2. a conversation ender, because i’m too lazy to go find out what the truth/answer/solution to the problem at hand might be; discussing the topic further might lead to me doing some work. i hate hearing it come out of my mouth. it’s a bad habit, and it’s gotta go.
