hear someone say they love me

I hear this statement all the time but it is not real from the people who send it. It is mutual love not romantic love and I miss that.

and although he is 4000 miles away from me, it really means alot that he said it.

someone loves me, i would love to hear him say it. maybe someday.

but in my dreams. i keep getting older, and they guys i date keep marrying other people.
and i thought i was a good catch. i have alot going for me.

i don’t think this will happen. if it hasn’t by now, it’s not going to happen.

if this will ever happen. i just keep getting older, and the only person who says they love me outside of my father (and i doubt that) is some guy who has a crush on me. he doesn’t know my last name or anything about me. that is not love.

i don’t really understand how i got to be in my late 40s without ever hearing this. i’m not all that bad looking, i take care of myself, i think i am fairly interesting and a good catch. i have a good sense of humor, i am kind, semi-intelligent, and happy. happy happy.
