so far this week, i have been to the gym EVERY DAY! what really helps is mixing up my routine, not just the usual elliptical and treadmill, I’ve been swimming, yoga, spin class, zumba, and kick boxing. the variety made it SO much easier, as i am able to look forward to my next gym experience rather than dreading another mundane workout.
