Kinda hard considering 43 things but I think I can do it. :P I’m going to try using the 12 steps. I’ll write more about it later.
How I did it: After my laptop broke I had to find other stuff to spend my time on. I thought of what I used to do before I surfed the net . I remembered I used to read often. I checked out some books and I've already read more than half of one.
Admittedly, it's not always the most fun thing to do but it's more fulfilling and beneficial than computering all the time.
Lessons & tips: Find stuff to do other than playing on the computer. Think, what did you do before you played and surfed the net. That's probably what you should return to.
It won't happen overnight.

I just keep thinking, “I’ll get up soon. A few minutes won’t make a difference” and then before I know it, it’s dark. too dark to go running.

and not waste it on the computer. But when I get on, I can’t stop.
i now have a computer in my room….sigh ah well at least i can justify it with the fact that most/all my uni work requires a computer (B of software engineering)
Gainful employment is such a bitch! I wish I could keep loitering online but unfortunately I can’t. :-(
