this has just gotten worse and worse, i usually stay up past 3 and dont wake up before 11:30 not a good habit, but with uni starting next week im going to have to change by force (3×9am starts each week)

I’m getting better at this. Especially on the days my alarm goes off at 5am for bootcamp, as I do get out of bed within the first 5mins of my alarm sounding. Now, all I need to do is start doing it every other day of the week! That is, of course, unless I have company! ;o)

...I’ve been pretty ggod at this, but this could be partly due to the fact that I’m currently doing the Master Cleanse and really really need to get out of bed! (often to go to the toilet!). During the MC, my alarm goes off at 4am to do the SWF (then I go back to bed!), then it goes off at 7am to get up and get ready for work. At both alarms I’m normally out of the bes withing seconds, and I rarely hit snooze these days for when I have to get up for work. Here’ hoping this new-found morning energy stays with me once the cleanse is over and I continue to get out of bed and get going for work at a decent time!
