How to stop drinking coke

 "Just said I would stop and I did it."
How I did it: One day I just decided to stop drining Pop and I did it. I drink much more water, actually water is my drink of choice now. I drink alot more water now. Initially I was gonna say that I'll drink pop on occasion, but now I'll just stay away from it. Lessons & tips: Just do it.

How I did it: 33 days now no pepsi of any kind. Headaches are all gone now and the craving are pretty much done for.Well one night I realized I had went down to the corner store and filled my 64 oz mug up 4 times that day with pepsi. That is alot of pepsi for one day. And I could drink t twelve packs of pepsi a day no prob. So came down to it I hade to change this. I had high blood pressure and the reason was pepsi. wow. i really went along with this goal.
i’ve dreamt of going to the fridge and getting coke out.
it was so real. i’m going crazy haha.
but yeah, it’s been so great.

well i think ive cut down on the amount of coke that im drinking, i dont really drink it at work anymore because id need to go out and buy it so thats 5 days a week where i dont drink it during the day…getting better. although i am drinking more hot chocolate now hmm. i find that i dont really like many drinks but im not sure if its because im used to drinking coke or not. my dad gave me orange juive to try the other day, and that was alright. i might try to have that more often.
