I was overwhelmed at the store several visits and I just don’t trust the salespeople. In the meantime my husband bought me some one a day for women, and my nephew gave me some B12. Everyone is tired of watching me drag my bum. Time to get moving! I tend to slow down when it’s cold and that has depleted my energy level I am sure. Snow is not my friend and I miss the southern sun and Mardi Gras festivities. All the same I should join The Y, a gym or something,(notice the word “should” in this sentence.) Obviously an attitude adjustment is needed. Working on it. 3 months ago

I’m sure my body is running on insufficient fuel, especially for my age. Life has been busy and I have made one stop too many at my local fast food joints. Healthy menu or not I am seriously fooling no one. Not to mention my new-found knowledge on MSG and it’s aliases, really where are they not hiding it? The combination of diet and caring for my 87 yr. old father-in- law has taken my energy level to an all time low. Yeah I know the right answers. Time to eat right, exercise, get more sleep, and put my gun toting father-in-law in an extended care facility. And so it begins. 3 months ago

  • As part of my decluttering I found my prescription swim goggles so ready for my first swim in ages!
  • I’m sleeping better and am generally getting 7-8 hours a night.
