I was overwhelmed at the store several visits and I just don’t trust the salespeople. In the meantime my husband bought me some one a day for women, and my nephew gave me some B12. Everyone is tired of watching me drag my bum. Time to get moving! I tend to slow down when it’s cold and that has depleted my energy level I am sure. Snow is not my friend and I miss the southern sun and Mardi Gras festivities. All the same I should join The Y, a gym or something,(notice the word “should” in this sentence.) How I did it: It all came down to pulling myself together and changing my eating and exercise habits. It started in November last year, when i joined a gym, lost some weight, maintained it until spring and now i've started to jog regularly and eat clean and i've never felt more energetic. I go with 5-6 hours of sleep at night, wake up very early, mostly because i'm hungry.

The combination of diet and caring for my 87 yr. old father-in- law has taken my energy level to an all time low. Yeah I know the right answers. How I did it: I used to work for medical device company, we build insulin pump for diabetes. The problem with people with diabetes has everything to do with how you are creating energy.
