To increase my energy, I need to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, consistently take iron supplements (for anemia), and eat more fruits and vegetables. I’m also going to work on exercising (swimming and Pilates). And I bought multi-vitamins and a B-vitamin supplement today, too. This is do-able!!

i doubt very much that it iis possible for someone- amidst there first year in college especially- can increase her energy- but i will try my darndest. I am also a vegetarian so diet comes in to play. So does how much sleep i get and it hasn’t been alot lately. And no- not because i got o parties, but in art school-well they expect alot of you… i’ve been getting sick easily i think because i’m, not well rested- and even though i love catnaps- it just makes it worse and then i loose a couple more hours of my day.How can i get around this?
i feel like i can achieve so much, if only i could be more active and awake and alive during my time.
Nutrition, drive, exercise etc. I just need to balance all these things and I can get so much more out of my effort.
