Pick up extra napkins at Starbucks, etc. and bring them to share with my office

And it gives me a deep sense of pride to see my fellow workers using napkins instead of handfuls of Kleenex that they brought from home.

This, and reusing old scripts to print new ones, and cutting up used paper for memoes, and photocopying the phone-call record sheets keep me on the good side of our ultra-cheap boss, who doesn’t even like to keep a spare printer cartridge around (printed reports are our product).

This good will comes in handy when I need to ask for a big ticket item like, say, a box of Flair markers.
