I could be doing better at this. I need to be a little more disciplined about diet and exercise.
I’ve been walking five or six days per week since June and I’ve lost about 5 pounds so far. I was at a healthy weight a few years ago, but then I was put on steroids (for no good reason, but that’s another story) and I gained 15 pounds. The previous time I was on steroids, I had gained 35 pounds and tried everything to lose weight. The only thing that worked then was yoga, but that’s not working now. I feel a lot more healthy now and I’m motivated to do all kinds of things. I have Crohn’s disease and exercise helps me feel so much better.
