knit or crochet something fun and meaningful

i simply cannot resist all the beautiful yarns available nowadays. i feel empty without having something to work on, so i’m always knitting or sewing or crocheting away during ‘empty’ hours. it makes me feel productive, and it makes very popular gifts too.. i feel strongly about passing these skills on, as it is right up there with the endangered species!
