I decided to keep a video diary so my family will feel like they’re participating in my life. They live 3,000 miles away, so I think it’s a good idea to make short movies whenever I do something fun or exciting, or even random. Buying a video camera is the first step. I’m hoping I can purchase a small, affordable video camera no later than March.

The new video camera is awesome and I’m getting fantastic footage of Casper (my cat) which is important since I don’t know how much longer I will have him. Hopefully for at least a couple years but you never really know.

Bought it today. Technically, it’s my college graduation gift from my parents. It’s a hard drive camcorder and I already created my first video diary entry. I’m so excited!
