So far I have exercised h-core twice this week. Today I decided to take a break, plus lost is on. if i feel up to it I will work on my cardio today.. But I still have Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Thursday- Easy! Friday- Easy! Saturday- yummy yoga! yipee!!!

I’m tired of moping around and thinking that I don’t have time to exercise because I DO! So starting April 7th, I will work on a 5x a week exercise routine. I must work out 5x a week starting April 7th until August 1st so that I can freakin fit into summer clothes and 2 bridesmaid dresses..EEP
I started working out again for the first time since the summer began. And no suprises here, I’m out of shape! But once I get back on track with this goal, I should be back where I was fairly quickly!
I’ve been slacking these days. I’ll chalk it up to the fact that it’s summer and I live in Texas. This is a deadly combination for even the most dedicated!
My hope is to get back into the swing of things next week.

TU-30 min. on treadmill, 20 running, 10 walking
FR-2 miles run
SU-3 MILE RUN!
OK, that’s 4x, not 5x this week. But c’mon, y’all—THREE MILES! That’s pretty far for me! And there were hills! And wind!
I ought to be able to do the 5K in a few weeks with no problem.
even though I have a bad cold (left over from full-blown flu last weekend.) Honestly, the run still felt fine. I have 2 regular routes and the one I took yesterday is just a tiny bit hilly, which makes me that much prouder of myself.
I took a long nap afterwards though!
Why does that always give me a bad headache?? I hope that stops happening.
but I am going to go do it anyway.

I ran on the treadmill over lunch. 30 min. at a pretty good clip.
I think it gave me a headache! But I am proud that I did it. I went running before work on TU also.
