Pad Thai quickly became one of my favourite foods when I was in Thailand, and although I can’t make it as cheap as I could buy it over there, it is worth the extra expense and effort. I did a cooking class in Chang Mai and got a good recipe, but I didn’t quite perfect it when I tried it at home. I need to get better noodles, and perfect a few other minor things. I think after a few more attempts I should have achieved the perfect pad thai. I might go to an asian grocery store this week and see what I can pick up.
