Getting there…..

since I stopped (got took off by bloody stupid GP) taking my pill dianette, my spots on my face, but particularly my back and chest have just got so bad, I used to have quite a nice back too :(

anyway I did a bit of research on the net and came across agnus castus… which is some kind of herbal remedy thing, I take 1000ml in the morning and again @ night, the spots are clearing (touch wood) my chest and face are pretty clear and I only have about a 1/4 of the amount I did on my back…

my quest for clearing up my psoriasis up is still ongoing tho, just lately it’s got a bit worse, but I have been canning it a bit at the weekends, and alcohol is no good for it ‘apparently’ hasnt affected my spots yet tho!

Yes, i have spots. Not to many, but not hardly any. I have tried like, nearly EVERYTHING you can buy in the shops, they are kinda going, anyone have a good remidy?!

Clearasil Ultra Facial Exfoliator. When my Proactiv ran out, I broke out and had to find an alternative. Who knew Clearasil could also be effective? Although it’s not cheap and I’m probably using too much, cuz it runs out quickly. I like it much better than any 3-step program…cuz it’s just 1-step.
