    I baked the best chocolate cake 23 months ago

    I’ve ever tasted. I’m not big on cake, but the dark chocolate cake that I made from scratch for a friend’s birthday was so good I wish I had another piece right now.

    I also baked some coffee cake cupcakes for my office. It felt so good that there were only 3 out of 24 remaining when I left the office today.

    Geez I love to cook things for other people to eat.

    The pecan pie went over well last night. Not one piece was left over. 1 year ago

    Early this morning I got to make pancakes for homeless people at a church. I added chocolate chips to one batch. I wanted to eat one so bad, but all those people were hungrier than I was.

    Next on my list for baking is chocolate cake for a friend’s birthday, and then a little something to bring to work on Monday.

    I love to cook for all these people. It is a healing experience and I’m having fun.
