According to http://www.realage.com , I am a year and a half older than my calendar age. Which is better than a few years ago when I was 4 years older than my calendar age. Exercise and weight loss has definitely helped. I certainly FEEL better than I have in a long time – including being post op.

Haven’t line danced in 20 years and I’ve started to learn again. Good for the body, good for the soul – making me younger!

Since I have about a year of being “married but single,” I thought I’d do something useful. I thought about getting in shape, but that wasn’t all I wanted to do. I wanted to be a younger, stronger, better me. So, I’m going to give myself the young and fit body that I once had, oh, around 7th grade, when I ran all day and ate fruits and desolved into bed with a good tired. I’m already headstrong, independent and all that jazz. Now I’m going to be healthier, too. Surgery is going to impact the physical side for a bit, but that just gives me time to work on my mental side.

Grow younger.
I miss it when i was like 13 14 and the only problems i had in like, were boys. it was so easy, like idk. I see people now who are like so “suicidial” and “depressed”, and i know its wrong, but i just want to laugh at them, and be like “bitch, you have no real problems”. I deal with shit every fucking day of my life. I use to always be like “oh,i cant wait till i’m an adult” and now, it scares the shit outta me. I’m seventeen, and i dont even wanna turn eighteen. I wish i could just stay a teenager, and smoke weed everyday ((with no other fucking drugs, because ive come to the cunclusion that i fucking hate them)) and just chill, and just listen to music.
but i know, in three years, when i’m twenty. I’ll be looking back, and thinking the same thing about right now. ihatelife.

A friend I hadn’t met for a long time actually said how well I was looking and how my skin was glowing as well as I was looking much younger – thanks to my vitamin supplements ; )

I came across my HS yearbook the other day; oh the yeras of ambivalence, carefreeness, and contrived drama. Funnily, my senior quote was Emerson – “The years teach much which the days never knew.” I guess even then I enjoyed wallowing in nostalgia.

Time, I’ve realized, is too measured and methodical to account for the absurdities of the emotional mind.

I always feel much older than I actually am. Two years from now, I am quite sure that I will look back to now and think, “I was so much younger back then!”
Ignorance equals much more than bliss. Also blind faith and courage, among other things.
