xxalibixx is taking control
This is what I’ve decided to get :]
How I did it: I found a guitar on craigslist that was too good of a deal to pass up. It was not the one that I wanted at that time, but it used to be on my list. I have had it for a few months now, and it's awesome! Read how I did it…

I know I’ve had trouble with motivation to play bass and everything, but I’m really going to try. I picked up my old electric guitar [the one I got before I switched to bass] and realised I still loved playing normal guitar. I decided I want to play both and hopefully this will inspire me to develop my skills more. The guitar I have though isn’t that great [the neck is slightly bent, so the action of the strings is really good at the first fret but as you work your way up the action gets higher..] which makes it nearly impossible to learn solos. I’m currently making a list of guitars I would like; so far there’s a few Ibanez, Esp and Jackson’s in there. Once I’ve decided all I have to do is save :]
busy4thyr did 21/43 of his summer goals
I’ve decided to save up ~600 for a new acoustic guitar that I’ll buy in the city when I’ve saved up! I’m gonna try put away 50 a week for if over the summer. Since I’m not paying for drink and living at home for the summer I hope I’ll be able to have it in 12 weeks. and if i keep saving maybe I can buy some accessories for it. but I know if I actually save at a constant rate I’ll up the ante to 1000 and get a really good one!

I just made payment arrangements on a beautiful hand made guitar!!!!! I am very excited. It is only a matter of time before I have it in my hands.

I looked at one this weekend. It’s beautiful. I think I might go back for it.
ive got an electric and classical (nylon strings), but i need to get a good steel-string acoustic guitar.
I am looking forward to getting a new, more metal-sided guitar.
An Explorer, or another Michael Kelly.
