I just get distracted by life and the demands that keep cropping up. For now, I’m focusing on getting enough sleep; getting to work early; being present and productive at work; being there for my kids; exercising and improving my diet… Trying to keep things SIMPLE
Life is a total mess without proper organisation skills. It is one of the value which an individual must possess and develop. Attaining organisation skills is not simple though. One must know the basic principles that enables to lead an organised life. What are those skills?
1. Organising the basic daily routine activities
Routine activities which is most basic for the survival of our everyday life is very vital.Daily routine activities are those things like bathing, exercising, eating, sleeping, working, studying, entertainment, praying etc.
Setting time for each task is the most important thng.

A hard week.
Done little other than ensure I get to work early.

I realise that I’m spontaneous by nature and tend to let myself be distracted and get off track.
I’m now making myself a daily list and even making appointments with myself in order to be more organised.
When one has spent a lifetime just doing whatever one wants without worrying about the big picture, this is HARD

I’ve had a week off work and have spent the time doing a little more towards this goal. Sometimes, it seems like I will never get control of my time and my life!
This week, I focussed on medical appointments and health checks for the children; joining a gym; planning a schedule and resting.
This coming week, I hope to set small goals in relation to domestic order and executing them…..

I’m starting to make lists and use a diary. That’s my “baby step” for now. Next is to prioritise better and learn to say no
