Play Dungeons and Dragons

I already play a little bit, but I’m not very good. We’ve met twice so far, and we’re playing again on Sunday. I want to create my own story, DM, and improve my character—I had no idea what I was doing at first so I screwed her up majorly, but I might make a new one entirely.

Wow, eventually I have a school D&D group together, after finally asking people. .

I’m playing through a basic compendium of adventures while I’m getting people together, but people seem to like it! 3 players is a little small but definitely not unplayable, even when one is away. I will say though, being a DM is tough business. x.x

I ended up finding a group through meetup.com, and we had our first game a couple of weeks ago. It lasted for five hours and was very, very enjoyable. The GM was awesome. We planned to continue meeting biweekly, but unfortunately, a couple days after that game, the GM had to suddenly move out-of-state. Regardless, I accomplished my goal!

I play a bit with a couple of friends of mine….but there are times that i wanna play and they are not feeling it,although there are time where me and my friend will bust out some crazy shit and make for good story line just based from our characters.deep minds go far in the many worlds that span forever and whatever the mind can create you can see like a dream.

so ya if ya cant tell playing seems like a good idea right now!

My first Dungeons and Dragons experience was when I was about 12, I think. I was an active roleplayer for over a decade after that, but now somehow haven’t found a group to play with here.

I played the basic game about a week ago, and it was an awesome experience, but I still don’t think it counts. I want to be in a long campaign that lasts for months with many hours of play.

I’ve always wanted to try this out. I found a group of people in high school who played and I tried joining up with them, but it turned into a horrible experience. So I don’t think that counts. I’m a freshman in college now, and I’ve found several people interested in starting a gaming group and one person who has a good amount of experience who’s willing to GM. My real goal is not just to play but to start and to finish a good, long campaign.

Lately I’ve been itching for a good dungeon crawl. My gaming group is sort of set on doing something else, but I’m hoping this Christmas Break I’ll get to do some D&D with some friends.
