It wasn’t just me. It was worth finding out just to curb my paranoia.

Faustus is in unfamiliar territory!
it’s not just me! I took the Jung Typology Test, and according to this, I’m categorized as INTJ, with a flattering title of “mastermind” :)
...They are rather rare, comprising no more than, say, one percent of the population…
...they can hardly rest until they have things settled, decided, and set…
... are not at all eager to take command of projects or groups, preferring to stay in the background until others demonstrate their inability to lead. Once in charge, however, they are the supreme pragmatists…
...they tend to be much more self-confident than the rest, having, for obscure reasons, developed a very strong will…
...can be quite ruthless in implementing effective ideas, seldom counting personal cost in terms of time and energy…
...Personal relationships, particularly romantic ones, can be the INTJ’s Achilles heel…in part because many INTJs do not readily grasp the social rituals; for instance, they tend to have little patience and less understanding of such things as small talk and flirtation…
I never realy looked at myself that way, but I guess the description is in reasonable agreement with the patterns of my life (It’s funny, my nickname at high-school was “the boss,” and now people in the office call me “the master;” I never really got the reason why! I guess the absurd extra confidence at work is partially the thing to blame).
Knowing that I’m not uncategorizably [!] peculiar, is comforting, of course. But more important thing is the comments I received from 43Ters here… to be at ease with who I am, rather than trying to “become” normal. Thank you all :)
