I have written a detailed schedule for myself that includes Yoga, Pilates, Yoga, Cardio, Yoga, Weights, Yoga, walking my dogs, and Yoga. I LOVE Yoga!! I want to make my exercise schedule as much a part of my daily routine as brushing my teeth, etc.

This is the best feeling ever, to consistently exercise two or more hours every day. I feel great! I’m keeping it on my goals list since it is a daily goal.
