    yep, have gone for my first two hatha yoga classes – smth i’ve always wanted to pick up.
    Fave asana at present ~ the Virabhadrasana II (Warrior pose). Think i shld be able to master the Surya Namaskar (Salutation to the Sun) soon – it’s another potential fave, albeit a more complex one.. best wishes all, minerva*
