How I did it: I have had several vices in my life. This one I have had for over 25 years. in recent years I have been drinking almost three 2-ltr bottles a day. I thought about cutting down, but just like cigarettes, I was afraid that was too much of a slippery slope. I’m beginning to think it’s not so much “addictive” as it is habit. I have been drinking lots of water, tea with a little sugar, and a little milk. My husband pressed me about it when I ordered diet coke with my lunch, I decided not to have it, not because he told me I couldn’t, but because it was not that important.
Looking at the side bar on this page, right now, I notice there are at least 6 ads for diet coke and diet coke related products. Wow, talk about targeting an audience. 2 years ago
