I’ve always wanted to get in shape and this seems like a really great way to start off. I want to be able to complete an exercise program in its entirety.
How to complete Slim in 6
How I did it: Well for me I grew up with a very active mother who always exercised so it wasn't hard for me to motivate myself. My bestfriend was a challenge. Her roommates gave me a key to the house, because she used to hide from me when it was time to exercise!! She was so bad that I even had to make her food for her!!! But eating and exercise were our key to getting it done. I would go to work until about 10:00pm.. 10:30pm and after work go straight to her house and do the work out..+ I also did the extra work out with her as well, slim and six pack w/ waist band to help us keep the stomach muscles in. Don't get mad the 1st week when you gain 5lbs it is just muscle and the muscle will eat all the fat,... By the 4th week our clothes were falling off.
Lessons & tips: Drink lots of water, green tea, (NO SUGAR), Put soy in your diet, eat alot of egg whites, spinach, berries, and have a grape fruit every day or every other day. Don't eat pork for a while.. Eat brown rice, GET A PARTNER!! Use bengay.. you smell old but your butt doesn't hurt!!
Resources: I used the Atkins diet for 1st week, no Carbs, Second week I added 1/2 cup of brown rice at dinner, By the third week we decided we were loosing wieght too fast and still exersised every day but ate wha we wanted. Use ab roller, ab band, bengay!! for muscle pain, Yogi green tea w/o sugar!!! Eat 5x a day small meals the size of your palm, Good Luck

So I wanted this set of videos FOREVER and have now had them in my posession for a month. I’ve done them just 2x. I dont’ know how to get myself up at 5am to do them! “Just do it.” I know! But easier said than done- waaaaay easier said than done.
Slim in 6 is a fitness video designed to help you get in shape in 6 weeks. The tape is really good and really hard, you definitely work your but off doing it. Six weeks is a really aggressive schedule, especially if you don’t exercise regularly. You’d be much better off shooting for 9 or 10 weeks instead of 6 weeks. Read more about slim in 6 program
