Cultivate enthusiasm

I am so tired of all the ennui that I come across of people my age. It’s so very cringe worthy to imagine a sea of dull humans, hedonism probably being their only priority, a lifestyle that is, basically, effortless.. Seize yourself with life! Work hard for results, no matter how small or trivial. I put effort into what I do simply because I’M doing it. Don’t live life half-assedly now… Put some passion into it!!!!

perhaps I should aim to a quiet feeling of well-being, in order to get a good balanced and fulfilling life

• colourful life
• nature and flowers in particular
• looking at kittens playing together (could spend a whole life doing this, better I don’t)

with sunshine, lots of it, the most I can have of it, the better (no, no, no tan, I don’t like it)

with positive thoughts

with the feeling that I can face everything

with the feeling that I am in control

and I enjoy being surprised

with curiosity about the outside world, nature and even people
