carry a paper journal wherever I go, in case of sudden inspiration and/or once-in-a-lifetime observational opportunities

A – My little black journal containing notes, nonsense, and whatnot, or
B – My laptop

EVERYWHERE I GO.

Also, soon I will be carrying a Blackberry with me everywhere, and I do believe I can write things down in it as well.

These seem awfully popular. Make sure its small enough to make carrying it second nature. Just be careful how you use it. I once went on a first date with a man who used his to take notes on our date – needless to say, he didn’t get a second date!

I totally do this ALL THE TIME now, but I love this goal so much that I can’t bring myself to take it off my list to be forgotten. It’s most definitely my favorite goal on here so far. For now, it will keep its place on top.

Drunk people are really uninspiring. I was at a party and whipped out the notebook and started talking to people and got…well, nothing basically. Maybe ONE line that I could possibly use somewhere, but probably wont.

I suppose this entry could also be under “make real friends who share my interests” or “quit drinking entirely.” Seriously, I don’t know why I bother sometimes.

Ugh.

I suppose the first step here would be finding an appropriate journal to write in. I am REALLY neurotic about things like this; it has to be exactly what I want or it wont work for me.
