take time to smell the roses

Enjoy the little things,
for one day you may look back
and realize they were the big things.

Couldn’t go for a walk this morning. It’s raining here in the northeast. I am going to look for the little things today, That I take for granted every day.

Today I thought this is something I will work on for the next month. So I guess that means to me I need to be more aware of the little things around me.

I brought my dog for a walk this morning (another goal) we really had fun, I looked at all the beautiful trees blooming, the tulips blooming and the birds singing. Maybe sounds dumb to some of you….But I take these things for granted i am glad I noticed them today :o)

Life is to short…I need to be more aware of the little things around me.

I think that I have had to grow up by taking on others responsbilities until I have not taken the time to just smell the roses. I am in my 20’s and should be having fun not worring about what may go wrong in my routine called life. I hope to be able to spot (“amidst the cahos that is not mine”) the flowers sun and other lovely things that may be going on.
