    I have to say I find this difficult at times, I am not a very tolerant person and feel like a selfish one too! If anyone has some tips or advice on this then that would be great!!

    I am trying with this one, it seems the nicer I am to others or the more smiley I am, the easier it is! Obvious maybe, but sometimes its the simple thing and all that!
