My problem is that I tend to sleep for hours in the day on the weekends. I have a high stress job, so I think I just crash on weekends and can’t do anything. I’ve talked to my doctor about my exhaustion, but nothing seems to be obviously wrong. Part of it is also that I stay up late during the week getting work done. This can’t be healthy. My husband and son stopped including me in outings because I am practically in a coma.
How to sleep less and live more
How I did it: I just made my alarm clock ring earlier, so I had to get up. Was hard at first, but once you've forced yourself to do that, it becomes easy. Also needed a lot more of coffee than I am used to. Caused stomach problems at first, but you will get used to it.
Lessons & tips: Just kick your own ass and you can do this.
