My problem is that I tend to sleep for hours in the day on the weekends. I have a high stress job, so I think I just crash on weekends and can’t do anything. I’ve talked to my doctor about my exhaustion, but nothing seems to be obviously wrong. Part of it is also that I stay up late during the week getting work done. This can’t be healthy. My husband and son stopped including me in outings because I am practically in a coma.

if i sleep as much as my body needs, i live better.
so now i face a dilemma – more or better?
i think i’d prefer quality over quantity.
therefore – away with the goal!

to do anything else… learn, get into some fun trouble, explore, photograph, design… or even work.
