Sort through my storage boxes until they are all sorted through

My mom helped me empty 3 more storage boxes. I’m so sick of looking at stuff. I wish I could be a monk or a nomad and just rid myself of everything!

I’ve emptied another one today, although right now I can still see 11 more in the immediate vicinity! I have WAY too much stuff. This sucks.

I need to complete this goal again, but now it’s because I’ve moved to a new apartment and I’m trying to function around all these stupid boxes. Plus, I can’t find anything!

So I know I have years of deployment, disorganization, and quick moves all stored away in boxes.

I have started sorting through a few boxes….
I want to say I have sorted about 10 boxes, but still have like 40 to go.

The pressure is on, because my husband wants to have everything organized… and I am still just trying to find the time to do it. gah.

Cleared out the two boxes in my closet and two under my bed. Progress is being made! I now only have one small basket of junk to go through from those boxes. I keep finding more stuff though.

Left to do:
- 2 pink storage boxes
- craft supplies box
- boxes with old toys in them (kijiji/ebay)

Full of my university papers and yearbooks. I cleared out some space on my bookshelf for them.

From the “visible mess” that I’m trying to get rid of, that leaves 3 visible boxes in my room + laundry basket… plus all the miscellaneous crap that’s lying around.

Wow. I have found MORE crap.

I have four boxes (and a laundry basket full of stuff) sitting on the floor in my room. I also have two boxes under my bed, and two in the closet. So technically that’s 9 boxes to go through.

At least it’s contained to my bedroom…?

I still have two boxes to do, and I have to clean out the boxes under my bed and in my closet. But for the most part, they’re done. They’re out of the dining room, which was the main goal.

So technically, it’s sort of done. Done enough for now.

Almost done. Sleep now, rest of boxes in the AM.
