maybe once i move out i will learn this. i haven’t really needed to learn yet. i mean i can cook a few things but i wouldnt say “i can cook”. But im not worried, i’ll learn oine day.
i can barely boil en egg. ok maybe not that bad, but wud really like to learn to cook some excellent meals!!!
My favorite is chicken marsala or maybe even chicken parmigan. No I think it’s chop suey, no lasagna. Forget it – I have too many favorites.
because right now this is not something I should be worried about. I’m worried about eating to live, not living to eat. To buy the types of ingredients, head into “foreign” markets to try and achieve this goal, just doesn’t feel like a priority. So I’m giving up until I have time to entertain this goal.
10 EXCELLENT meals from 10 different countries.
Countries I’m considering:
-Morocco
-India
-Italy
-Russia
-USA (actually, I want to cook something from the US Virgin Islands)
-Thailand
-Mexico
-Portugal
-Brazil
-Paraguay
At least one of these meals should be for breakfast, and at least one for lunch.
It was excellent. Of course then I go overboard … made four at a time and the bottom layer of pastry wasn’t cooked … damn!
Will try to find a way to rectify!
Got a great cookbook for Christmas … ‘Eat, Shrink and Be Merry!’ ... I’m tryin’ already …

on my way to becoming the ultimate bachleor, i have accomplished another feet; One which will woo any man I am able to bring over. So many things to do yet, but here is another I have done.
I made Jalepeno burgers tonight. Really very simple, i just put jalopenos inside a half inch or larger patty and spice it and broil it for a few minutes and stuff it inside some bread. To make it a meal I just add it with potatoes or corn or what ever I want.

“I am a vegetarian- my husband is a meat-and-potato-man... What do I make him?! I don't mind cooking meat for him, but other than grilling chicken on the stovetop I know nothing...”
