a) I waste a lot of time by delaying it. I usually do not use an alarm clock, but wake up after six hours of sleep automatically, no matter when I went to bed, so I cannot claim that I’m still too tired once I wake up.
b) It would help if the first thing I do in the morning would give me the impression that I am at least somewhat in control of myself. The next thing would be to do pilates immediately after getting up. I do pilates on a daily basis now, but usually hours after I’ve gotten up (self employed, no need to be somewhere in the morning and often working at night). 6 years ago
