do you ever have those days where you feel ugly or fat? i will never be satisfied with the way i look..i’ll never be as skinny as the other girls my age. i weigh 119 and im 5’5 and a half, if i don’t loose weight soon i don’t know how ill live with myself.

How I did it: I started this over a year ago, when I was at my maximum weight of 125. I've gotten up there more than once, but always can get back down to 120 if I try to exercise more and eat more conciously for a few months. i’m stuck, i exercise all the time, but the only way i can seem to loose weight is to starve myself…which isn’t good at all.
Cut out my biggest vice – crisps. I’ve given them up for lent and now I want to almost totally eliminate them from my diet. One pack a week should suffice.
Run a mile on the thread mill in my bed room at least 4 times a week.
Only drink water and fruit juices, no fizzy drinks.
im not exactly…over weight at all, but feeling fit and looking healthy is what i’m striving for. i can do simple things like go jogging..rather than watching a desperate housewives marathon. or grabbing for the protein bar before the ice cream bar. simple things like that.
easy as pie… well i lost the 5 pounds.. so im moving on to the next step.. 10 pounds still going to do the same diet chicken, broccoli, salad and squeezing some fruits in between.. Woop woop
so i completely changed my diet eating salad and chicken finsihed the gym this morning and i already lost 2 pounds.. for lunch im eating a salad and im drinking alot of water now.. probly going to gain weight back because of all the water but it will come right back out… :)
also im starting my animal pak vitamins today and after a few days back in the gym i will start using animal stak with the animal pak.. and will see how this works with muscle gain. i know i will be gaining weight but it will be only muscle weight and i will still count this as added weight..

ok so this will be the first.. loose 5 pounds starting today jan 15th 2009.. im already eating healthy will start back to the gym on friday..

Moved and decided in the move to loose ten pounds. Instead I gained five! So in the next to weeks before I move again I am going to loose 5 pounds so we are back at ground zero.
I started doing more cardio (1 hour at the treadmill – 30 minutes running, 30 minutes brisk walking). Once a week, I also so circuit training with my trainor Hara-san. I need to cut back on my calorie intake, which is quite a challenge considering I love sweets. It’s going to be a challenge, but, I’ll do my best. はんばります!
