I’ve been a member at my gym for a couple of months and have stuck to the main gym and swimming. The gym does offer classes but as a very shy person the idea of turning up to a class by myself freaks me out a bit. They sound fun though so really want to give them ago. Just got to ignore the first time nerves!!

I thought…heck, I can knock this out and so I went to a very strange yoga fitness class. Still had a good time and it is totally different for me. Maybe I can work some kinks out-so I’ve been to class every day this week, since I still can’t really run w/o pain.

I usually run and swim and lift and do yoga on my own. I don’t really like classes. But, I think I should try something different and should just take one class to see how it goes. I’m thinking of Pilates since I’ve never done that.
