Just got back from Anime Expo ‘08 in L.A., my first con. Awesome experience, one I’d highly recommend too – Already planning going back next year!

I went two years in a row, and it was absolutely awesome. Next time, though, I have to take a GOOD camera (or bribe my brother to be my personal photographer for the three days). And I definitely want to wear a costume one day of the three.

I have become really fond of anime (especially Naruto and Deathnote) so I want to dress up as a character and spend the day at an anime convention.
i want to do this so badly! They look like fun, there’s one coming up where i live but i don’t think i’ll get to go because i have noone to go with (T-T)I won’t give up though!

People make replicas of costumes and they merchants sell really rare items some are imported directly from japan and most of the time theres a big party on saturday night. I went to Acen a couple years back and i would love to go again.
