Create income streams

I have now moved countrys due to my partners work. We are in a small town and due to the down turn there is Sweet FA around really. Even cleaning jobs are far and few between. Im doing seasonal work but thats going to wined up this week, however I am selling Items on line and all is going well. Im not making millions but its a start. I have made some jewlary as well but havent got around to listing it yet. At least I set out to what I was going to do in a round about way. And oh my Credit card is now paid of. Im on the right track. Three steps backwards. Four steps forwards!!!

Im always thinking about this one.
I was lucky to get a few more hours over Christmas.
I would really like to make Gemstone pendants. However this means buying a tumbler.
But I will have to get rid of my Credit Card dept first. So ill just keep ploding on.
I was also pleased to find out one of my rentals is paying its self. Another words the rent is covering the morgage. Hopefully in 10 years time the morgage will be gone and so thats a good little Stream to have.

I have Picked up more hours at my main job. Im so happy and my Bosses are pleased with me to. Im just really greatful to have a job at the moment. As i know some are finding it hard wit the global Stuff happening.

Looking Back at my last entry for this goal, things have changed so much, the Sales Rep Job turned out to be a Lemon.
However Im Very happy as I got my Old Job Back with more hours. So Im happy with that. I have also Picked up a Job every now and again Stock taking. Not Much But its Something.
I have not ruled out the option of Making Jewlary. We will see how we go. What ever the Money Streams will be I will have to enjoy doing or elso what the Point.

Finally got a “real” job.

I have had a job offer as a Sales rep, witch I have excepted.
I KNOW IM GOING to enjoy it and do well.
I also have the opertinity to perhaps creation jewlary or maybe selling product on line. Im thinking i will do something i know alot about and love. And see if anyone else is selling this product on ebay. Witch they are not. I also have another idea of selling something else on ebay. But this would mean i would have to out lay some dosh to buy from the surplyer. I have done it before very well in a differant enviroment so ill have to think about it.

I’ve started selling books on Amazon. It’s great because I don’t really have to do any work. Amazon does charge for the service, but only when you actually sell something. It’s better than eBay. And you can sell a fairly large selection of things. Books, CD’s, DVD’s, games, etc.

I’ve been very pleased with the payment process and pleasantly surprised with the amount I’ve sold so far. All in all, I think it’s a great way for me to get rid of books. It doesn’t involve a large cost to me and it’s not just giving them away to the library or the used bookstore. (I get more in cash from Amazon than I EVER do from the used bookstore. I felt vaguely guilty for not supporting my local shop, but honestly, they give crap credit.)

I highly recommend it. I’ve started tiny and in several small directions so as not to be overwhelming nor overly invested in any of them. Should one fail, no worries, move on to the next or devote more to what is showing promise.

Well, I’ve signed up for Prosper. Basically, you buy debt from them (as little as 50 initially) and they collect the debt and pass on the APR you were willing to accept. It’s a little like a tax lien, but you don’t have to spend a large amount to get started.

So far it’s going well.
