"Spending more time nude keeps a smile on my face and a spring in my step!"
How I did it: The first step was accepting that my desire to get naked is a healthy and natural thing, and not just some perverted impulse. Learning about the nudist philosophy opened my eyes to the physical and psychological benefits of living a clothes-free lifestyle. From there, I took it step by step, increasing my "nude time" whenever and wherever possible - see tips below for some ideas for how you, too, can spend more time nude!
Lessons & tips: Stop wearing pajamas to bed. If you get cold, just throw another blanket on.
When finished drying off after getting out of the shower, put the towel down instead of wrapping it around your body.
Get dressed after breakfast, not before.
When you get home, don't just take off your shoes, take everything off!
Turn the thermostat up a few degrees to keep comfortable.
Find (or create) a secluded spot in your backyard and read a book out in the open air on a warm day.
When hanging out with friends, be the one to suggest stripping games, skinny dipping, or streaking - or, make bets and then lose them intentionally!
Most importantly, stop worrying about what others will think and just be yourself!
Resources: Reading about nudism on the internet boosted my confidence and encouraged me to take my clothes off more often.
