How I did it: Just stick to the diet, rule for rule. The first 3 days are the worst, if you can get through them, it's all easy from there, the last 3 days don't even feel like you're dieting. A good meal on day 5 is tomatoes stuffed with seasoned hamburger, just hollow out the tomatoes and mix in the seeds with the hamburger meat (after it's cooked), season the meat and stuff the tomatoes with it. It doesn't even feel like you're dieting from day 5 on… Read how I did it…

How I did it: I explained the diet to my partner so he knew not to tempt me and what to offer me each day when I was loosing focus. I made sure I was well stocked in the fridge with everything on hand for each days food. Read how I did it…

I started this diet today but 1 nd a half tbsps of nutella, a salad an orange and 2 cheeseits

Well…WE DID IT! It was tough, but we got through it…It didn’t produce the 10 lb weight loss it promised “Tomorrow morning you will be 10-17 lbs. lighter than one week ago.” No…I am 5 lbs lighter, and he is 8 lbs lighter. BUT, I was having a hard time getting under 140 for some reason and this was the extra jump start I needed. And he was loosing weight easily (he has a beer belly to loose…), but it helped him out. Today, our weights are the same as yesterday…

Last day! Today should be easy, I worked out again today, and broke diet slightly by having a glass of wine last night. We weigh in for day 6 at:

Yesterday was pretty easy, and oh so yummy! Today should be fine as well, we are so close to the end of this hellish thing! Today we weigh in at:

Today, he will be having a beer, against diet, because of a special occasion today, and I admit, I have been cheating, I’ve been putting a little non fat creamer in my coffee, I couldn’t stomach it black…I started doing that on day 4…

With this diet, weight seems to fluctuate ALOT, it also can put you in a VERY bad mood…Today should be easier though, it’s feast day!

Well, today I have a bit more strength, I worked out today and we are living on bananas and milk, didn’t have the money to make the special soup. Our weights are a little off, not sure why…today we weigh in at:
Me – 137

I now understand why people find this diet so hard to get through, but we’ll make it just fine. I’m not impressed unless ALOT of weight sheds at the end, I’ll lower my standards for this diet and say that 135 would even be satisfactory.

I am less then happy with the results, we both feel quite weak. We ate two small baked potatos because we didn’t have any large ones, with one pat of butter total. We ate corn and steamed veggies for the rest of the day. We both got our water intake, actually a bit over to tell the thruth but I don’t think extra water matters…We weighed ourselves this morn, haven’t pooped today so I assume theres lots of built up fiber in our stomachs.
Day 3 morning, we weigh in at:
Me – 139

Looking at our weights you can guess why I’m displeased with the results, day one was so promising. We’re going to try to workout today, but I feel so weak I’m not sure I’ll be able to, I haven’t felt this weak since I was anorexic and I never wanted to feel this way again…
Edit: I should note that I feel my own diet and exercise was working just as good if not better…but I will make that judgement on day 8 (morning after day 7)

It’s a fresh start, Day 2…I know it’s an uglier fact of dieting, but I should note on our weights neither of us have pooped so any weight gone isn’t from a ‘system clean out’, it’s genuine weight lost.
Day 2 morning, we weigh in at:

Today we started strong with our workouts, which where noticeably harder to get through, due to the fact that we are used to protein shakes before we workout…I will record our weights and how today went tomorrow morning…

Well, we started the diet today, living off of mostly grapes, oranges and apples. Getting our reccomended water intake, I also had a cup of black coffee this morning. For me, it isn’t that bad, but my fiance is going nuts, he has terrible cavings for honey, ramen etc. I will record our weights tomorrow morning!
