What other people think of me is none of my business

This is a toughy, but sometimes I can do it, other times words just sink in.

This is a tough one but I do manage to accomplish it briefly and at random times.

I think that distinguishing between not caring and allowing insults is key because they are not quite the same. Still, there is some link it seems.

I’ll have to give this more thought.
