for the past several months, ive been doing around 70-130 crunches, sometimes more, every night. plus about 30-60 seconds of planks and also around 20-40 pushups. ive always been skinny and im definitely getting better abs now (woo!) but how i can improve it even more?? 5 years ago
i know i have a muscular stomach, but i still have that annoying puppy fat. grrr….is this fat for the purpose of growing taller (im 15, so will i even grow anymore?), or should i just lose it? 7 years ago
