As many know Pole Dancing is the NEW work out. I have been taking a class once a week for about two months now and I love it! But, I know that if I’m going to improve past a weekly work out where I sweat and have fun I’m going to have to add an additional two days into this workout. Who knows? I may find my true calling (smiles)!

Believe it or not I was looking up in my local education centre list of classes and right there under dancing was “poledancing” I was shocked! This place really is the home to pasta pictures and ball room dancing for the over 70. So I called them up and they said yes they do teach pole dancing but probably not the kind I was thinking of. “Well” I say “What kind do you do?”
Apparently it’s a kind of traditional dance with a decorative pole which I have to say in my opinion is false advertising. Maybe I’ll ring up Kate Moss and ask for her to tutor me
