Learn to be empathetic without letting it get me down

I think becoming immune to positive energy vampires is crucial! I can’t help someone who doesn’t want to be helped. Sometimes, I’ll be talking to someone who is really negative all the time and realize that being empathetic is just not going to help them in the least bit, ya know why!?, cos that person enjoys the negativity and the drama.

There is a time to be empathetic and a time to shake your head, smile and walk away. Some people don’t wanna be saved.
