incendio August 31st. Life is going to change.
Cross stitching has taken a bit of a backseat to my knitting right now, just because I needed to finish a bunch of knitting for gifts. I was inspired today to pull out my cross stitches and finish them, but then got stuck on my knitting again! But I really want to start by finishing off the edging and framing of the completed projects I have and go from there. At least I could get the done ones out of my craft box!

I made a cross-stitch ornament for my son the first year he arrived here on earth in his human form. I decided it would be cool to make him one a year until he moved out so he’d have a little collection for his tree when he does move out. I started a new one yesterday and I’m almost half way done. This will help me to finish the projects I’ve purchased and get them OUT of this house – well in this case it wont be out of the house cuz he wont move out for at least another 12 years minimum but at least it will be DONE!
I have many more to do but I am getting more interested in working on them lately! I think the nesting instinct in me is kicking in.

Finally, after two years of putting this off I have completed my final project. No more projects for awhile, at least until I graduate this summer.
I think having this on the list for the past six months has really moved me to finally get it done, thanks 43 things!

that Lickle Ted is difficult to do at night bcause it is mainly shades of white and beige, so I am also getting my advent calendar out to do at night. I will work on Licle Ted during the daylight hours!

And I am starting over. I’ve finally realized that I don’t like what I started so I am going to start over with a different design.
