I’ve now started looking into leaving to Australia for one week beginning July 1st. It’s a start.

I need to get there soon. I just read the following paragraph.
“The 2,600 km (1,616 mile) reef off the northeastern coast of Queensland, Australia—Australia’s top tourist attraction and the world’s largest single structure made by living organisms—is in danger of seeing the colorful corals blanch as the oceans warm up. That’s because when stressed by higher temperatures, corals expel the algae that live in their outer tissues, leaving the corals’ white limestone skeletons exposed. Indeed this has already happened in recent summers. A report by the U.N. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change says that the Great Barrier Reef is in grave danger and could become “functionally extinct” by 2030”
