be confident in a bathing suit

if i lose 10kg by chrismas (9 to go) i feel better and by then i want to feel good in my bikini that i will buy as gift for me because i’ll have reatch my goal nr.1 (lose 10kg)

all that important to me…first off, I can’t remember the last time I was even in a situation to wear one…and when you add to that the fact that if I just get over my own self critical habits this would take care of itself anyway…I just don’t see it as a goal any longer. 4 years ago

I was almost comfortable last year.

This year, though I havn’t lost any weight, I can’t wait to try on my bathing suit and going to to beach. I mean… c’mon.. no one looks perfect in a suit. But we can all look good.

We should all support eachother and say how superfine we are instead of pointing out a ‘dont’ on the beach. 5 years ago

In a couple of weeks the inevitable will happen, I’ll have to buy a new bathing suit.

I am dreading this soo much for 2 reason:
The stretch marks on my upper legs
My weight.

I’m hoping to find a nice tankini with little SHORTS to cover the higher stretch marks.
I’m just really not looking forward to wearing it infront of other people =/ 5 years ago

I’m not terribly uncomfortable…I just want to feel better, I guess.

Being tattooed helps. If people are ogling your ink, they’re less likely to notice that the flesh it’s etched into isn’t quite as firm as it was at 19. But I’m not in great shape by any stretch of the imagination. I just know how much fun this body can have and how much pleasure it can give and remember that. 5 years ago

I can’t remember a time in my life EVER that I was confident in a bathing suit…but I’m working on it…I’m working on both how I actually look and how I see myself and I hope to one day get to this seemingly impossible place. 6 years ago

I have been wearing it around the house, its a step! Becoming ONE with my bikini… (I love the lil skirt lol!) Before I did not feel comfortable in one even in front of family… and even tho I AM smaller than before, it doesnt have to do with that as much as just being embarassed and feeling nekkid. I am preparing, we go to amusement park next month sometime and THIS time I am gonna take all my clothes off over it and not wimp out and leave my shorts on in the waterpark lol. I AM! 6 years ago

I just baught an adorable bikini…and I love it..problem is..I’m not too excited a/b the way i look in it! haha..so, the diet and fitness will help…it’s mostly my belly area..so, crunches need to be acted on ASAP! :)I’ll update my appearance everyonce in a while…I might start taking digital photo’s..this way, I can actually SEE how OTHER people see me in it!
