Day 1: Weight 165 lbs
Height: 5’7
I plan to start working out next week, because my legs are cramping from playing basketball. I plan to start jogging again for 1 month and hopefully I can keep it up until exam week.
45 minutes, 3 times a week.

I have been battling the bulge since I was a kid. Oddly enough, the time that I am at my most busiest is the time when I try to find time to lose it. hahahah! I don’t know where to start, how to start, what to do. Nonetheless, I need to lose it, I think so I can finally be happy.
