The list: 15 months ago

My 1001 days starts today and runs up until my 30th birthday, in May 2011. The list is below and I have put in bold the ones I am going to start working on straight away. In the course of making the list (which actually did take quite a while) it did occur to me that it may seem a little bit arbitrary making a list of things when these things might not remain priorities over the whole period, and I am likely to do at least 101 other things of note without having realised at this point that I wanted to, but still. I’ve tried to include all my biggest dreams, and some things that are trivial but I am curious about. I think I may have bitten off more than I can chew, but the point is that I want the time between now and when I turn 30 to be a period of really living life to the full, and at least having the list will remind me of all the things I do want to do! I’m excited about a lot of things on here!!

1) weigh 140 pounds
2) get a full medical
3) get a mouth guard (think this may be the least exciting goal! No idea why it’s number 3!!)
4) donate blood
5) scrapbook before/during/after pics of when I was losing weight
6) get professional photos taken
7) learn to rollerblade
8) learn to ice skate
9) do a one-day gymnastics/tumbling/trampolining workshop
10) do a triathlon (even if it’s not an official one!)
11) run a 5K (an official one!)
12) 1-mile running speed goal (to be set nearer the time!)
13) be able to swim 200m crawl non-stop with turns
